Milestones Family Recovery Outpatient Program meets 1-3 times weekly. This includes group, individual, and family sessions. During this phase of outpatient treatment, the alcoholic/addict and family member (no extra charge for family participation) will learn tools for recovery, begin working on a 12 Step Program and develop a relapse prevention plan.
Upon successful completion of the intensive portion of the program, the alcoholic/addict and family member enter the Aftercare portion of the program for the remainder of the year, attending one outpatient group per week. They continue to work on recovery skills and the 12 Steps.
